Herman, daughter & sibling died 1889

The many friends of Wm. Herman and wife sympathize with them in their bereavement in the death of their little daughter. The little girl died Saturday and was buried Sunday in the cemetery at Hansel’s. The cause of the death was summer complaint.

Whooping cough has been very bad in our vicinity. Wm. F. Herman's family had the misfortune to lose the two youngest of their children, aged respectively one and four years. The eldest was buried on the 15th, and the youngest the 19th of September. They have the sympathy of the entire community.
