Musfeldt, Fredricke 'Riecke' died 1889

It is with deep regret that we are called upon to chronicle the death of Miss Fredricke Musfeldt, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Musfeldt, of this township.

Riecke as she was familiarly called was attacked about six months ago by that fell destroyers, consumption and was relieved by the Angel of Death on Tuesday morning, April 23d, 1889. Her age was 22 years and 7 months.

Riecke having been a member of our household for over a year she became dear to us by her many good qualities. She was beloved by her young companions for her amiable disposition and many womanly virtues.

To the bereaved parents and family we wish to extend our most heartfelt sympathies. The funeral took place Thursday, and was very largely attended, showing the respect and esteem in which the departed was held. May she rest in peace.
