Funeral services were held for Henry Nicholi Reierson, 87, on Monday, April 04, 1983, at Norway Lutheran Church, rural St. Olaf, with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Keith E. Klemm officiated. Pallbearers were Franklin Wacker, Gary Thurn, Elmer Heiden, Don Wold, Walter Rugland and Glenn Olson.
He was born June 01, 1895, in Wagner Township, Clayton County, Iowa, the son of Torkel and Sarah Nelson Reierson. He farmed near St. Olaf on the family farm until 1972 when he moved to Clermont to live with his sister, Mrs. Tillie Johnson. In 1978 he entered the Postville Hospital where he resided until his death, Saturday, April 02, 1983.
Survivors include one brother, Ray, and one sister, Mrs. Tillie Johnson, both of Clermont; four nieces and two nephews. His parents and two sisters preceded him in death.
