Garnavillo - Lyle H. Fischer, 81, died Monday in Prairie du Chien, Wis., Memorial Hospital following a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Burial: Garnavillo City Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Fern; one son, Roger of Garnavillo; three daughters, Betty Davis of Delhi, Fonda Dahling of Strawberry Point and Judy Torrey of Guttenberg; two brothers, Grant and Earl, both of Garnavillo; and one sister, Ina Roloff of Sioux City, Neb.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
