Murdock, Carolina I. died 1861

Died in Garnavillo on the morning of the 6th of November, 1861, Carolina Isabella Murdock, daughter of Samuel and Louisa Murdock, aged 6 years and 5 months.

All who knew Carolina unite in saying that she was an angel, placed here upon earth to teach mortals of the treasures of Heaven. Well may the parent of such a child mourn and weep over its death, till the fountain of tears is exhausted. But there is s consolation in remembering that she has gone home to the All Father in Heaven.
