McGregor, Ia., Nov. 19 - Amil Schermeyer, aged 70, passed away at the McGregor hospital Sunday morning. He was born in McGregor and lived here the whole of his life. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon with interment in Pleasant Grove cemetery.

Attending the services were two of his nieces, Mrs. Amy Sterling Runs and Miss Lorrene Sterling of Chicago. Other surviving relatives are a niece, Florence Sterling of Chicago and four nephews, Edward and Victor Sterling of Chicago, Louis Sterling of New York, and Albert Schermeyer of California.
