Iowa Deaths:
Elkader- Otto Bucheim, 65, died Monday. Services Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Witt funeral chapel and in Zion Lutheran church, Clayton Center, at 3 p.m.

Funeral services for Otto Buchheim were held from the Witt Funeral Chapel at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 22, 1950, and at the Zion Lutheran church in Clayton Center at 3 p.m. The Rev. J.H. Zerhusen officiated. Burial was in the Clayton Center cemetery.
Mr. Buchheim died in Mercy hospital, Cedar Rapids, early Monday morning, Nov. 20, 1950. Death was due to an apoplectic stroke. He suffered a stroke in August and had been a patient at Mercy hospital since Nov. 14.
He had reached the age of 65 years, seven months, four days.
Otto Albert Buchheim was born at Clayton Center, April 16, 1885, the son of Carl and Barbara (Schubert) Buchheim. He received his education in the rural schools near his home.
On Jan. 15, 1908, at the Zion Lutheran church at Clayton Center he was married to Miss Alma Riechof. The couple settled in Clayton Center where Mr. Buchheim spent his entire life. He was a stonemason by trade. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran church at Clayton Center.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and five daughters, namely: Donald, at home; Ervin, Spring Grove, Minn.; Mrs. Arno (Greta) Fascher, Mrs. Frank (Melva) Brown; Mrs. Faye (Mabel) Millburn, Mrs. Elmer (Eileen) Walter, all of Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Roy (Helen) Brandt, Clermont; also fourteen grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a son Harley who died in infancy; five brothers, August, Fred, John, Rudolph and William; two half brothers, Charles and Henry; a half sister, Mrs. Margaret Butts.
Pallbearers were: Elmer Bente, Valmah Gottschalk, Otto Seifert, Henry Breitsprecher, Allison Buchheim and Eldo Wilke.
