Elkader- Mrs. Hannah Knutson, 91, died Monday night at her home in St. Olaf, where she had lived for 64 years.

Mrs. Knutson was the oldest resident of St. Olaf and the last member of a Norwegian immigrant family that settled in Clayton county in 1850. Her maiden name was Christianson. She was born June 24, 1858, on a farm two miles south of St. Olaf. She was married in 1886 to Thomas Knutson. He died in 1945. Surviving is a son, Alfred T. Knutson of St. Olaf.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Norway Lutheran church in Clayton county.
