Postville, Ia., Nov. 8 - Funeral ceremonies will be held for Mrs. Fred Schutte of Grand Meadow, at 1:30 Sunday at the house and at 2 o'clock at St. Paul's Lutheran church. Rev. R.B. Garten will officiate and interment will be made at the Postville cemetery.

Mrs. Lina Schutte was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schroeder, and was born in Grand Meadow June 15, 1874. In 1893 she was married to Fred Schutte, and their home has been mostly in Grand Meadow township. She died Thursday, Nov. 4, at her home, at the age of 56 years.

She is survived by her husband and five children, four sons, Louis, Eldo, Arno and Emmett Schutte, and one daughter, Mrs. Ceasil Gericke. There are also five sisters, Mrs. Auguste Kamp, Dubuque; Mrs. Elizabeth Eggers, Postville; Mrs. Ida Kamin, Luana; Mrs. Bertha Snyder, Merrill, Wis., and Mrs. Ethel Foels, Ridgeway, and one brother, Henry Schroeder, Luana.
