Strawberry Point, Ia., - Funeral services for George Daniels were held at the home Saturday afternoon conducted by Rev. T.J. Elwick, pastor of the M.E. church and Rev. L. Triyer, pastor of the Congregational church.

The pallbearers were Wm. Antrim, James Dunsmore, C. Lang, W. Harris, W.H. Whitmarsh and N.A. Simmons. Interment took place in the local cemetery.

Mr. Daniels was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Daniels and was born in Sperry township, Clayton county, 67 years ago. His entire lifetime was spent in Clayton and Fayette counties. At the age of three years he moved with his parents from Sperry township to Putnam township, where he lived until 1908, when they moved to Strawberry Point. Following the death of his parents, he, with his brothers, maintained the family home, where they lived until he passed away.

He never married and is survived by his brother, John. Two cousins living in Michigan are the only other relatives.
