Elkader- Donald S. "Whity" Nading, 67, died Saturday at the Elkader hospital following a long illness. Before retiring he was a custodian at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Cedar Rapids.

Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; one son, Allen, Shellsburg; two grandchildren; a brother, Carl, Mederville; two sisters, Alice Hubbard of Mederville and IvaNell Hines of Independence.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Witt's, where friends may call after 2 p.m. today. Burial: Mederville Cemetery.
