Garnavillo- Earl E. Stickfort Sr., 66, died Thursday morning at Finley Hospital, Dubuque, after a short illness. He was a retired farmer.

Surviving are his wife, Betty; three sons, Earl Jr., Gregory and Stuart, all of Garnavillo; three daughters, Crystal Kesseler and Kim Berns, both of Garnavillo, and Connie Stumpf of Des Moines; six sisters, Fern Terveen of Emery, S.D., Leona Schroeder, Lena Hempeler and Irma Blume, all of Garnavillo, Ivanelle Schlake of Luana and Christine Niehaus of Guttenberg; and 10 grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Burial: Garnavillo City Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn's.
