Elkader- Kevin Michael McTaggart, 38, of Chicago, formerly of Elkader, died Tuesday, June 13, 1995, in his home after a long illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Thomas Rhomberg. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Leonard-Witt Funeral Home, Elkader, where a Scripture service begins at 7 p.m. Friday.

Survivors include his parents, William and Virginia, and a brother, Pat, all of Elkader; and three sisters, Colleen Nading of Cedar Rapids, Dianne Wall of Winter Springs, Fla., and Maureen Reinert of Parkersburg.

Born Jan. 20, 1957, in Oelwein, a son of William and Virginia Looney McTaggart, he graduated from Central Community High School in 1976 and from Viterbo College, La Crosse, Wis., in 1980. Kevin was employed by Mississippi Valley Airlines, Air Wisconsin and finally United Express Airlines in Chicago.
