Carl Daniel Friedrich Klinkenberg, who was born in Wussentin, Germany, October 4, 1838, died at his home in Luana, Iowa, on Friday, April 12, 1912, aged 73 years, six months and eight days. He is survived by his wife, a brother and a sister. The funeral was held from the Luana Methodist church, Rev. Kuehne officiating. Interment in the Luana cemetery.
