Elkader- Thomas H. West, 72, a retired farmhand, died Friday afternoon at the Elkader Care Center.

He is survived by his sister, Effie Grimm of Elgin.

Graveside services: 11 a.m. Monday, East Side Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at Leonard-Witt's.
