Sudden Death

Last Tuesday evening, Mr. Fred Summers an old and respected resident of this township, died very suddenly at his residence, of paralysis, in the 69th year of his age.

In the afternoon he was at work in the field, and ate a hearty supper, and shortly afterwards complained of feeling bad, and soon after was stricken and died.

He leaves a wife and family of grown up children.

The funeral took place this morning at 10 o'clock, in the Patterson cemetery, Wagner twp., and was attended by his numerous friends and relatives.
