Guttenberg- Wilma W. Barnhart, 91, died Wednesday, March 1, 2000, in the Guttenberg Care Center after a short illness. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Zion Lutheran Church, Clayton Center, by Intern Pastor Heidi Happel. Burial: Clayton Center Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg, and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Surviving family members are her husband, Gilbert Sr.; a son, Gilbert (Marian) Jr.; two granddaughters, Sue Ann (Robert) Rodenberg and Sharon (Randy) Keehner; and four great-grandchildren, David and Sarah Rodenberg and Kristine and Kayleen Keehner, all of Guttenberg.
Born Aug. 12, 1908, near Clayton Center, Iowa, Wilma was the daughter of Charles and Ella Lemke Best. She was united in marriage on Aug. 25, 1927, at the Little Brown Church, Nashua, to Gilbert Barnhart Sr.
