Strawberry point- Fern Velverla Moser, 90, died Saturday, March 4, 2006, in the Edgewood Convalescent Home, Edgewood, after a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Emanuel Lutheran Church, Strawberry Point, by the Rev. Jason Cooper. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at Roberson Funeral Home, Strawberry Point, and one hour before services Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in the Strawberry Point Cemetery.

Survivors include four children, Gerald (Kathy) Moser and Bruce (Dixie) Moser, both of Toddville, Carlyle Moser of Jacksonville, Fla., and Carolyn (Jim) Johnson of Plano, Texas; a sister, Helen Seemen, and a brother, Henry (Betty) Geick, both of Guttenberg; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Fern was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Lester Jr.; and a daughter, Sharon.
