Strawberry Point- Funeral services for Mrs. Ed (Minnie) Hackert, 57, will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Paul Kitterer of Elkader officiating. Burial will be in Mederville Cemetery.

Mrs. Hakert died unexpectedly in St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, (Minn.), Saturday afternoon.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Marvin, Herman and Melvin, Strawberry Point; and three daughters, Mrs. Verner (LaVera) Smith, Elkader; Mrs. Gilbert (Helen) Nading and Mrs. Linas (Wanda) Berns, both of Rockford, Ill.

Mrs. Hackert was born April 12, 1898, in Clayton County, the daughter of Fred and Louise Schuldt Nightingale. She married Mr. Hakert Feb. 23, 1916.
