Strawberry Point- Thelma Gipper, 86, died Monday at the Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Manchester.

Surviving are three sisters, June Thompson of Los Angeles, Wanda Robinson of Portland, Ore., and Sara Walsh of Virginia; a grandson and three great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Roberson's.
