Guttenberg- Ivanelle C. Summer, 58, died Monday in the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital of an apparent heart attack. She operated Summer's Restaurant for a number of years and also worked for the River City Liquidators in Guttenberg.

Survivors include four sons, Stuart, Sidney, and Stephen, all of Guttenberg, and Stanley of DeWitt; a daughter, Sue of Guttenberg; her mother, Leona Lake; and a brother, Paul Lake, both of Monona; and three grandchildren.

Services: 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at Tuecke-Allyn's from 4 to 9 today with a wake service at 8 p.m.. A memorial fund has been established.

Thursday Services for Ivanelle Summer

Mrs. Ivanelle Summer, 58, of Guttenberg died unexpectedly at approximately 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 1986 at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital.

Services will be conducted by Father Paul Peters at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

The scripture wake service will be at eight p.m. Wednesday at the Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m.

Ivanelle C. Summer was a daughter of Raymond and Leona (Clemen) Summer (sic: Lake) and was born in the Colesburg area Nov. 18, 1927. She was married to Cletus Summer at St. Patrick's Church in Colesburg May 17, 1947. He died Oct. 28, 1985. Mrs. Summer and her husband owned and operated a cafe here, and she had also been employed at El-Com and recently at River City Liquidators. She was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
