Strawberry Point- Willis C. Wendt, 64, of rural Strawberry Point, formerly of rural Manchester, died Sunday morning in his home of an apparent heart attack. Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, First Lutheran Church, Manchester. Burial: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Shelly Funeral Home, Manchester.

Survivors include his wife, Berniece; a daughter, Lois Wilson of Moorhead, Iowa; a son, Steven of Strawberry Point; his twin brother, Wilbur of Manchester; and two sisters, Betty Meisgeier and Phyllis Hamlett, both of Arlington.
