Cedar Rapids Gazette, 17 Mar. 1992.

Strawberry Point- Roy Shader, 78, of Vista, Calif., formerly of Strawberry Point, died of Cancer March 9 in Vista. Services and burial, with full military rites, were Monday in Vista.

Survivors include his wife, Melrose; and two sons, Terry and Dennis, both of Vista.

Also surviving are five grandchildren.
