Monona- Services for Eliza Jane Dunning, 85, who died Monday, were held Thursday. Burial was in Monona cemetery.

Services for Mrs. Eliza Jane Dunning, 85, who died Nov. 17, 1952 at Cresco, Iowa, at the Koontz convalescent home, were held at the Methodist church at Monona on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 20, with the Rev. E. W. Hilmer, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the city cemetery.
Mrs. Dunning, A daughter of Matthew and Josephine Oathout Lytle, pioneers in Clayton county, was born on a farm near Monona on Sept. 16, 1867. On Feb. 17, 1886 she was married to David Vine Dunning who preceded her in death.
Music for the services was provided by soloist, Mrs. George Martin accompanied by Mrs. Ivon Schultz.
She is survived by two children; Roy Dunning of Cresco, and Mrs. Leo Humphrey of Bentonville, Ark.; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Alice Willman of Albert Lea, Minn.
