Strawberry Point- Helen M. Dittmer, 59, died Wednesday in Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Manchester. She was assistant director of nurses for Pomona Valley Community Hospital, Pomona, Calif., until retiring in early 1988, when the family returned to Strawberry Point.
Survivors include her husband, Neil; four daughters, Mary Beth Hunt of North Liberty, Ann of Alta Loma, Calif., Lisa Erbstoesser of Morro Bay, Calif., and Carol of San Diego; her mother, Olive Gavin of Strawberry Point; two sisters, Mary Farrell of Syracuse, N.Y., and Beth Steffens of Garden Grove, Calif.; and a brother, Leon Raders of Long Beach, Calif.
Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Roberson's, where a rosary will be recited at 8 tonight. Memorials to Pomona Valley Community Hospital.
