Monona- Jeanette Louise Bernhard, 81, of McGregor, formerly of Monona, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, at Great River Care Center, McGregor, following a brief illness. Memorial services: 11 a.m. Monday, Living Faith United Methodist Parish, Monona, by the Rev. Dennis Gilbert. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Visitation will be one hour before service time Monday at the church. Arrangements are with Leonard Funeral Home in Monona.

Survivors include her husband, John; five children, Linda Bernhard of Dublin, Ohio, Laurie Kast of Monona, Greg Bernhard of Monona, Brian Bernhard of Brenham, Texas, and Douglas Bernhard of McGregor; and a brother, Donald Darnell of Minnesota.
