Monona- Verda M Lamker, 65, died Monday, March 16, 1998, in Prairie Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after a brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona.

Survivors include her husband, Duane; two sons, Randall of Monona, and Darrell of Carrollton, Texas; a daughter, Janelle Noll of Fort Madison; her mother, Phyllis Lubbers of Monona; a brother, LuVerne Krambeer of Monona; and two sisters, Marilyn Baade of Monona and Jody Walter of Luana.
