After several years of illness Albert Voelz passed away Tuesday at his home on route No. 1. He had been tenderly cared for by his wife and his daughter, Mrs. Gus Kregel, and family. The funeral was held at Monona Friday.

Monona: Albert Voelz, living eight miles southwest of Monona, died at his home Tuesday, at the age of 74 years, after several years' illness. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Albert Voelz; two sons, Rinehart Voelz of LeRoy, Minn., and Carl Voelz of Marquette; three daughters, Mrs. Ada Ihde of Farmersburg, Mrs. Gustav Kregel of Luana, and Mrs. Edgar Krueger of Luana. Funeral services were held from the Evangelical Lutheran church in Monona at 1:45, with burial in the Lutheran cemetery. The sympathy of the community is extended the family.
NOTE: Buried in St. Paul Lutheran (Monona) Cemetery.
