Monona- Robert Henry Garms, 72, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Monona, died Friday, Jan. 12, 1996, in Omaha after a lengthy illness. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Schultz Funeral Home, Monona, where friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight. Burial: St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Monona.

Survivors include his wife, Doris; a son, Bob of Elkader; a daughter, Emy Lipsys of Omaha, Neb.; and a brother, LaVern of Monona.
