Mrs. Frank Frit and son Robert and Mrs. Emma VanderHamm returned home last Wednesday from Guttenberg where they had gone to attend the funeral services of an aunt, Mrs. Lisetta Lundt, (age given looks like 81 or 91 years). Funeral services were held on Sunday, Aug. 17. Ben Gueder accompanied them home for a visit with relatives here.

Funeral services were held on Sunday at St. John Lutheran church for Mrs. William Lundt one of the oldest residents of the community. Mrs. Lundt died last Thursday following a long illness. She was 91 years old.
The services were conducted by Rev. E.W. Kraemer, pastor of St. John church and burial was in the Guttenberg City cemetery in charge of the Tuecke funeral home.
Mrs. Lundt, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Dryer, was born April 10, 1861, in Germany. She was brought to this country in 1871 and on October 14, 1883, she was married to William Lundt at Elkport.
Mrs. Lundt is survived by two sons and one daughter, Herbert and Alfred Lundt and Mrs. Fred Borcherding, all of Guttenberg, as well as nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and seven great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by Mr. Lundt, who died in 1926, three sons, Louis, Edward and William, and one daughter, Melinda.
A brother, William Dryer, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Krumm, also preceded her in death.
