Mildred M. Kraus, 61, a resident of Cedar Rapids for the last 20 years and widow of Cyrinus Kraus, died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dale Entwisle, Robbins.
Born March 4, 1914, at Elkader, she was married on July 3, 1935. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
Surviving in addition to her daughter are a son, Vincent Kraus, Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. A. J. Kozul, Troy, Ohio; Mrs. Dale Copic, Des Moines; Calista Hansel, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Ernest Thyer, Waterloo, and Mrs. Robert Geno, Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Edward Farrell, Strawberry Point, and Joseph Farrell, Charles City.
Services: Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Elkader. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Elkader. Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m at the Witt Funeral Home, Elkader, where friends may call.
