Funeral arrangements were completed Saturday for Mrs. Emma Rumbaugh, 75, who died Friday morning after a lingering illness at her residence, 2584 Central Avenue.

The body is at the Haudenshield Funeral Home, 2170 Central Avenue, where funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock. The Rev. Maurice E. Lesher, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, will officiate at the services and at the graveside in Linwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Rumbaugh was born in Clayton County May 12, 1862, and came to Dubuque 30 years ago.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Andresen, Pasadena, Calif., and Mrs. Minnie Gifford, Elkport, Ia., and one brother, Henry Voss, Manchester, Ia.

Her husband preceded her in death in 1936.
