Dwight Seward died Thursday night at the home of his daughter, Edith Seward. The funeral was held at their home and burial was made in the Edgewood cemetery.

Rev. Brettnal preached the sermon. A large crowd was present to pay the last respects to Mr. Seward. His age was 89 years. He leaves four children and an aged wife.
