St. Olaf-- Lucille M. Berns, 73, formerly of Garnavillo, died Wednesday in the Lutheran Home, Strawberry Point. Services: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Garnavillo. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Garnavillo, where there will be a wake service at 7:30 p.m.

Survivors include three brothers, Leon Berns of Garnavillo, Anthony Berns of Holy Cross and Francis Berns of Englewood, Colo.; and four sisters, Gertrude Goebel of Manchester, Katherine Torborg of Dubuque, Rosemary Bries of Dyersville and Rita Kleis of White Bear Lake, Minn.
