Anna M. Puelz, 82, died Thursday, January 12, 1995, in Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after a short illness. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Garnavillo.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Beck of Elkader; and two sons, Paul of Garnavillo and Steve of Rapid City, S.D.
