KRAMBEER, HARNACK, MEYER, GUGENHAGEN, ZIEMAN

Monona, Ia. - Funeral services fro John Krambeer, 84, will be held at the Lutheran Church here Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. H.W. Seifkes, pastor, officiating, according to arrangements completed Thursday.

Mr. Krambeer died at his home here Tuesday noon following a year's illness.

He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Krambeer and was born in Germany, Nov. 2, 1855. He came to America with his parents when he was 11 years old, the family settling at Garnavillo. He was married to Ida Harnack on March 18, 1881 at Postville and they lived on a farm near Hardin for a few years, later moving to a farm near Postville. They retired 21 years ago, since living in Monona.

Surviving are his widow; one son, John of Luana, four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Meyer and Mrs. R.C. Gugenhagen, both of Postville, Mrs. Vern Zieman of Luana, and Hilma at home; and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Meyer of Monona.
