Garnavillo-- Armella "Amy" (Frommelt) Matt, 81, of Garnavillo, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at Guttenberg Care Center in Guttenberg after a short illness. Funeral services: 11 a.m. Saturday, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Garnavillo, by the Rev. Marvin Bries. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Arrangements are with Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Garnavillo.

Survivors include her husband, Louis III; two daughters, Michaele Matt of Randolph, Wis., and Inda Pawlak of Germantown, Wis.; three sons, Bruce of Garnavillo, Louis IV of St. Olaf and Gary of South Bend, Ind.; and four sisters, Jeanette Schreiber and Ruth VonFumetti, both of Dubuque, Rosemary Matt of Garnavillo and Esther Goedken of Zwingle.
