Elkader-- Donald D. McTaggart, 80, of Sun City West, Ariz., formerly of Elkader, died Dec. 6 in Del Webb Hospital, Sun City West, after a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. There will be no visitation. Leonard-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include two brothers, William McTaggart of Elkader and Kenneth Brinkhaus of Chapel Hill, N.C.
