Elkader-- Dorothy Mae Frommelt, 71, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 1998, in the Lutheran Home, Lacrosse, Wis., after a long illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Paul Peters. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, where a Scripture service begins at 5 p.m., and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Loren; and a brother, Arthur Bailey of Hunting Beach, Calif.
