Strawberry Point-- Grant K. Rotleff, 96, died Friday in Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Manchester. Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Roberson Funeral Chapel. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery, with military graveside rites. There will be no visitation.

There are no immediate survivors.
