Clay J. O'Neal, 39, died Wednesday night, Jan. 15, 1997, in Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien, Wis., after suffering a heart attack. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Schultz's Funeral Home, Monona. Burial: St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 tonight and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where a prayer service begins at 8 tonight.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a son, Travis, and a daughter, Nicole, both at home; and five sisters, Donna Starkey and Diane Doerring, both of Luana, Susan Ludvik of Prairie du Chien, Linda Ambrose of McGregor and Sherry O'Neal of Elkader.
