EVANS, STRICKLAND, SCHROEDER

Monona, Ia. - Funeral services for Harold H. Evans, 37, who died at St. Paul, Minn. May 31, after a lingering illness, were conducted at the Johnson Funeral Home, St. Paul, on Friday, June 2. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery, St. Paul.

Mr. Evans, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Evans, was born at Monona, Aug. 4, 1906. His early life was spent in Monona where he attended the public schools. Later he moved to Ladysmith, Wis., and in 1926 went to St. Paul, Minn., where he was associated with the Elmhurst Dairy for 15 years. He was married to Miss Vera Strickland, Nov. 25, 1930.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Shirley; his mother, Mrs. Grace Evans, Monona; two brothers, Wilburt, of Clinton, Ia. and George, of St. Paul; a sister, Mrs. H.J. Schroeder, of Monona.
