Farrington, Fred 1869-1944

FARRINGTON, FOX, PATTISON

Strawberry Point, Ia. - Fred Farrington, 75, died at his home Friday. He had been in failing health for some time, and bedfast the past two weeks.

He was the son of Horace and Leah Farrington, born near Strawberry Point, May 8, 1869. On May 21, 1893 he was married to Nellie M. Fox. She died Oct. 23, 1941.

Survivors are a son, Horace, at home, a daughter, Mrs. Grace Pattison, of Fayette, and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Gill Funeral Chapel in charge of the Rev. Ernest True, of Jesup. Burial was here.
