Elkader-- Services will be conducted Friday at 9:30 a.m. at McTaggart funeral home for Otto K. Beck, 77, prominent Elkader farmer. Mr. Beck died Tuesday.

Born in Berlin, Germany, in 1880, he came to America at the age of five and had resided on the present farm for the past 35 years.

He is survived by his wife and three sons, Cyril and Joseph, on the home farm, and John, Elkader.
