Ella M. Otterbeck, 79, died Wednesday at Prairie du Chien, Wis., Memorial Hospital.

Surviving are three sons, Wilbur of Garnavillo, William L. of Castleton, N.Y., and Eldon of McGregor; a daughter, Marlana Howes, Palm Springs, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and a brother, Gus Steele, Florida.

Services: Today at 2 p.m. St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery. Arrangements by Thornburg's.
