Oelwein Daily Register, Monday, 8 June 1964.

Mrs. Florence A. Ohl, 80, Strawberry Point, died Sunday at the Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Manchester.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 10, 1:30 p.m. in the Methodist church in Strawberry Point.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. A. J. (Ethel) Schmelzer, Sumner; Mrs. Alfred (Francis) Leah, Sumner; Mrs. Lanse (Annette) Scully, Strawberry Point and Mrs. Clare (Nira) Fousek, Oelwein; three sons Clarence Ohl, Lamont; Richard, Oelwein and Edward, Strawberry Point; two brothers, a sister, 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Note: maiden name is from the obit of her husband Elmer, who died in 1945
