Norma Elizabeth Steele, 79, died Sunday in Deleware County Memorial Hospital, Manchester. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, United Methodist Church, Strawberry Point. Burial: Strawberry Point Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Roberson Funeral Home, Strawberry Point.

Survivors include a son, James of Marion, and a sister, Dorothy Smith of Strawberry Point.
