Madison Capital Times, Madison, Wisconsin, Wednesday, 25 June 1952.

William A. Bray, 78, former Madison resident, died Tuesday at McGregor, Iowa, where he had lived for the past five years.

Mr. Bray was born in McGregor. He had lived in Madison for forty-five years and was a painter and decorator here.

The body will be brought to the Schroeder Funeral Home here.

Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Flanders, McGregor; Mrs. W. E. Orrence, Mrs. Cary Gilpin and Mrs. Jennie Anderson, all of Sioux City.

Funeral services for William A. Bray, former Madison resident, who died Tuesday at McGregor, Iowa, were held today at the Schroeder Funeral Home, the Rev. John W. Birchall, Methodist pastor, officiating. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery.
