Troup, Mary I. (Kellogg) 1861-1943
Manchester, Ia. - The funeral of Mrs. Mary Isabelle Troup, 81, who died Monday night at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Vernie Hines at Dundee, was held Wednesday afternoon at the Shelly Funeral Home here, in charge of the Rev. Elsie Spain of Dundee.

Temporary burial will be made in the receiving vault in Oakland Cemetery here, awaiting burial later in the Forestville Cemetery.

As Mary Isabelle Kellogg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Minor Kellogg, she was born in Clayton County, Feb. 11, 1861. She spent her girlhood there and was married at Elkader to William H. Troup, who died Dec. 2, 1931. Mr. and Mrs. Troup always farmed in Delaware and Clayton counties.

Surviving are one son, Harry of The Dalles, Ore., one brother, Charles Kellogg of Strawberry Point; and two grandchildren. One brother and one sister preceded her in death.
