Guttenberg, Ia. - Funeral services for Peter Charles Thome, 56, will be held here Thursday morning from the home to St. Mary's Church at 9 o'clock with the Rev. J.A. Dupont, pastor, celebrating the requiem mass. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Thome died suddenly at his home Tuesday.

He was born March 4, 1886 at Holy Cross, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thome. He was married here Sept. 24, 1907 to Elizabeth Schutte, who survives with one daughter, Ivanelle of Dubuque. Mr. Thome had been employed as a bartender and a clerk.
